![]() I've played this for ages and he was only the second valuable hero that ever died on me, since I always planned ahead and had a proper strategy. But it didn't matter, because the RNG ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me over. Worst thing was, he had 80% deathblow resist, so statistically he should have survived about 4 hits. After the crit, there was nothing I could have done. Then I tried this time, and my strongest guy with insane max health and very high resistance got slaughtered in one turn. I went up against the giants there before with the same party and it worked wonderfully, beat the whole dungeon easily. I equipped my whole party with trinkets to resist the debuffs that were there, packed about twice as much food as I needed, I had 3 inventory slots left after buying supplies. I find that it usually is me that wasn't paying attention, though. It really pays to be careful with planning, and if you mix things up for fun (rank 2 Vestal, go!), make sure you have contingencies.īut yeah, bad luck really sucks. Made it through, but had to abort just before the boss. I took a chance of my first run on champion Hag, built what I thought would be a nice combo, but forgot to plan for handling giants on my way there and wound up fighting five of them. ![]() PD rocks in Cove (Bleed Resist + high Prot you say? *blight*. ![]() For the Weald, a Man-at-Arms really helps (guard + rather nice stun).
